Force4Architects får Bevica Fondens tilgængelighedspris for deres særlige engagement og evne til at tænke tilgængelighed ind som en helt naturlig del af deres arkitektoniske løsninger. For Force4 er traditionelle ramper og synlige løsninger utænkeligt. De kalder selv deres tilgang for intuitiv tilgængelighed.

Today is the inauguration of the Multicentre for the residents of Præstø. The house contains sport activities, housing, a daycentre and a health care centre, so the house has many uses for the younger and elder generations. All the facilities aim to create a lively cultural magnet for the small municipality.

Force4 Architects has just returned from a study trip to Finland to visit a few of Alvar Aalto's greatest works. Everyone came back very excited and inspired. We are now very much looking forward to using our new knowledge in connection to ongoing projects with intuitive accessibility.

Today is the inauguration of 32 modern homes for physically and mentally disabled people, in Kolding. The project was build in cooperation with Cubo Architects Aarhus, Niras and C.C. Contractor A/S

Force4 Architects participated in the XXV International Union of Architects World Congress that took place in Durban, South Africa. We had the pleasure of being awarded two honourable mentions in the Friendly Spaces Accessible to All awards. Egmont Højskolen was awarded a honourable mention in the Public and Institutional buildings category and Accessible Everyday for Everybody was awarded a honourable mention in the Research category.

Ground breaking at the new Akaciegården, 95 nursing homes on Skellet, Frederiksberg was Tuesday 24th of June conducted by resident Anna Margrethe Olsen, supported by the principal Henriette Wiilser together with Mayor Jørgen Glenthøj and Chairman Leif Jensen.

Force4 has just been invited for a new competition in Gentofte municipality, together with Cubo Architects.

The project competition is about "the good life" in Vangede.

Force4 has just won a competition concerning housing facilities for physically and mentally disabled people. This project is a great milestone for the studio’s work with intuitive accessibility. The project is located in Rudersdal Kommune in Denmark, and designed in collaboration with JJW architects and Balslev as consulting engineers.

Force4 has just won a competition concerning a big new nursing home with 96 apartments plus an addition of 12 new apartments to an existing nursing home. The project is located in central Jutland in Denmark.

The project is done in a collaboration with Cubo, Schønherr, Arne Elkjær, Wissenbjerg og Mette Borresen.

Force4 Architects has in collaboration with Cubo Architects, Hundsbæk & Henriksen Engineers, DBI, GBL and Hjælpemiddel Instituttet in Århus won the competition on a new wellness and rehab centre at the Egmont Højskole.
